SOGo features 3

  • SOGo is a Webmail with Groupware functionality that allows business users to share Calendar, Tasks and Contacts with other users or to synchronize them with iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry and Desktop.
  • Calendar and Activities: SOGo makes available to all users a Personal calendar and the ability to create other calendars or connect to external calendars. User can share your calendar with other users deciding the level of sharing (read-only or even adding and modifying events) and which events other users may be visible (public, personal, confidential). All calendars are accessible via the CalDAV protocol.
  • Contacts: SOGo makes a personal address book available to all users and the possibility of ccreate other headings or connect to external directories. All address books are accessible via the CardDAV protocol.
  • Global Heading (LAG): All email addresses of your colleagues (i.e. all users belonging to the same domain) will be automatically present in the "company" directory and will auto-complete when composing a new email. The global address book is automatically available on iPhone and iPad.
  • Sharing with Smartphone: SOGo allows you to quickly and easily share your Calendar or Contacts with all smartphones that support CalDAV, CardDAV. All Apple products (iPhone, iPad but also OSX) can be synchronized with SOGo.
  • Sharing with Desktop PC and Mac: With SOGo it is possible to share the Calendar and Contacts with Mac OSX or the calendar with Thunderbird and Lighthing on Windows, Linux and Mac OSX.
  • Free / Busy: When creating a new event you can invite participants and know in advance their availability in order to fix the meeting time with precision.
  • Consultation of external email accounts: In SOGo it is possible set up external email accounts in order to have external accounts in a single webmail.
  • Data export and import: SOGo allows you to imported and export calendar data and Contacts in a simple way, the supported formats are vCARD or LDIF for the address book and vCalendar or ICS for the calendar.
