Processing of personal data contained in the Curriculum Vitae

Next Data will process the data contained in the CVs sent spontaneously by the interested party or following a recruiting campaign, according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness and confidentiality. The data will be processed for the period strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purpose in question and kept for a maximum period of 2 years from the moment of receipt of the CV.
The methods of processing are electronic, the legal basis is the consent that the interested party can give during the first contact with the Company. Data processing in order to allow the user to exercise rights

Next Data will process user data in order to:

Any refusal to provide data for this purpose will make it impossible for the user to exercise these rights.
For this purpose, Next Data will keep and process the data until the expiry of the legal terms provided for the exercise of the right or, in the case of the exercise of these rights, for the time necessary to manage and close the file; in the case of exercise of the rights provided for by the GDPR, the data will be processed until the certification, by the Data Controller, of having fulfilled the request.

Data processing for the purpose of ascertaining, exercising or defending a right
