It is also possible to replace the entire address book by ticking \u201cReplace entire address book\u201d.<br \/>\nBefore importing, we recommend backing up the address book on the webmail using the &quot;Export&quot; button.<br \/>\nThe generation of the CSV file, even starting from an MS Outlook or Thunderbird export, can be done for example with MS Excel or OpenOffice.<br \/>\nIt will be sufficient to rename the header fields with those supported by the webmail and save the file as CSV<br \/>\nsetting the correct text separators (quotation marks &quot;) and field separators application <strong>E-mail<\/strong>.<br \/>\nWe insert ours <strong>credentials<\/strong> of the SOGo account.<br \/>\nWe select the protocol <strong>IMAP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We insert the following data in the appropriate spaces:<\/p>\n<p>Username: <strong>your mailing address<\/strong><br \/>\nPassword: <strong>your password<\/strong><br \/>\nIMAP Server:<strong>
